Banana and Apple Muffins

Directions:

1- Preheat oven to 180C

2- Line cupcake tins with patty pans

3- Place flour and baking powder into a bowl & stir to combine

4- In a jug, place milk, bananas, butter, vanilla and diced apple. Whisk to combine.

5- Pour the milk mixture into the flour and gently fold through until just combined.

6- Divide mixture into patty pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown & cooked through.

Allowing children to help mix, measure, roll and shape these quick and healthy muffins. It’s also a chance for parents to explain children why we need to use natural sweet ingredients instead of eating refined sugar.
