Nido Early School Henley Brook Now Open
17 Aug 2026Nido Early School has opened its newest centre in Henley Brook, providing local families with access to a premium, purpose-built early learning environment in one of Perth’s new and vibrant communities.
Nido Early School is proud to announce the opening of Nido Early School Henley Brook, welcoming families to a purpose-built early learning environment in one of Perth’s fastest-growing communities.
Designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and connection, the newly opened early school offers thoughtfully curated learning environments that support children through their earliest and most important years. The centre features dedicated learning spaces for each age group, three atelier art studios, a large piazza-style community hub and a range of sensory-rich environments that encourage exploration and discovery.

Children can move between focused learning experiences and collaborative play throughout the day, supporting their social, emotional and cognitive development. Expansive outdoor environments provide opportunities for nature-based learning, open-ended exploration and active play, creating spaces where children can build confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Leading the centre is Executive Service Manager, Courtney Fijolek, a Diploma-qualified early childhood professional with more than 22 years of experience in the sector.
Courtney’s passion for early childhood education began at an early age and has shaped a career dedicated to creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn. Her leadership focuses on empowering educators to nurture every child’s individual strengths, interests and potential.
“Every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a way that celebrates who they are,” says Courtney. “I am passionate about creating environments where children feel confident to explore, discover and develop a lifelong love of learning.”
Throughout her career, Courtney’s dedication has been recognised through multiple achievements, including being named a finalist in the Learning and Development Sector Awards for her work building strong partnerships between services, schools and local communities. She also received a Regional Educator Award while operating her Family Day Care service.
Supporting Courtney is Assistant Service Manager, Nakita Gullotto, who brings six years of experience in early childhood education, along with Certificate III and Diploma qualifications.
Having begun her career as a casual educator, Nakita has progressed into leadership through her passion for supporting children, families and fellow educators. She believes meaningful relationships are at the heart of quality early childhood education and encourages her team to connect with children in ways that help them feel respected, understood and valued.
As a parent herself, Nakita understands the trust families place in educators and is committed to ensuring every child feels safe, secure and supported throughout their early learning journey.

The opening of Nido Early School Henley Brook strengthens Nido’s presence across Western Australia, providing another premium early learning option for families seeking high-quality education and care close to home. The new service reflects Nido’s ongoing commitment to creating learning communities where educational excellence, family partnerships and children’s wellbeing are at the centre of every experience.
More than an early learning service, Nido Early School Henley Brook has been designed as a place where children can flourish, families feel supported and connections within the local community can grow.
