Nido Early School Gables Opens in Growing North-West Sydney Community

Nido Early School is delighted to announce the opening of Nido Early School Gables, welcoming families to a purpose-designed early learning environment in the heart of the new Gables Town Centre.

Conveniently located alongside Woolworths and Santa Sophia Catholic College, the new centre has been thoughtfully created to support local families with premium early education and care in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing communities.

Nido Early School Gables offers nurturing learning environments for children from infancy through to school age, delivered through Nido’s play-based and child-led curriculum. Every experience is designed to support children’s wellbeing, confidence and development, while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Leading the centre is Executive Service Manager, Caitlin Butt, who brings more than nine years of experience in early childhood education. Having progressed through roles including Educator, Room Leader, Educational Leader and Centre Director, Caitlin is passionate about creating an environment where children, families and educators can thrive.

“Every child deserves the same care and attention we would give our own families,” says Caitlin. “Our goal is to create a space where children, families and educators can all grow together.”

Supporting educational excellence is Curriculum Leader, Monique Costen, who brings more than 13 years of sector experience. From trainee educator to educational leadership positions, Monique’s career has been shaped by a deep commitment to early learning and development.

“As an educator and a parent, I know that peace of mind comes from trusting the people who care for your child,” says Monique. “At Nido Early School Gables, our goal is to create a place where families feel supported and children can flourish.”

Families joining the centre will also be supported by Family Advocate, Emily May, who guides enrolments and helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every family. Emily’s background in both early childhood education and family support services enable her to build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and educators.

Nido Early School Gables is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s individual journey. Through its play-based philosophy, the centre prioritises children’s social, emotional and cognitive development, recognising that every day plays an important role in shaping who they become.
