We're seeking an experienced and passionate Curriculum Partner to join our Education & Quality team and play a key role in building educator capability, strengthening educational quality, and supporting continuous improvement across a portfolio of services.

You'll work in partnership with Centre Directors and Educational Leaders to ensure consistent curriculum implementation, reflective practice, and quality outcomes across your allocated services.

As a Curriculum Partner, you'll provide educational leadership and coaching to strengthen teaching practice, curriculum delivery, and educator confidence across your portfolio.
- Coach, mentor and develop educators, Lead Educators, and emerging educational leaders.
- Strengthen curriculum planning, critical reflection, and pedagogical practice.
- Support Assistant Service Managers in their role as Educational Leader.
- Drive consistent implementation of the Nido Curriculum, EYLF, and Reggio Emilia philosophy.
- Analyse educational practice and children's learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with service leaders to achieve and sustain high-quality Assessment and Rating outcomes.
- Facilitate professional learning communities and collaborative practice.
- Support Quality Improvement Planning and ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Travel between allocated services to provide onsite coaching, mentoring and support.
You're an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about developing others and improving educational outcomes for children.
You'll bring:
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle - travel is required.
- Demonstrated experience leading curriculum and educational practice.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing educators.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and contemporary early childhood practice.
- A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence, inspire and support teams across multiple services.
- Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including Foundation Training (courses 1&2) and Advanced Training (courses 3,4 & 5), or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment.
