The Role: Casual Educator

• Deliver programs inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework and Reggio Emilia philosophy.
• Foster children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging.
• Create meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.

What You'll Bring 

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Previous experience working within an early childhood setting.
• Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• A reflective, inclusive, and child-centred approach to education.
• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid qualifications.
• Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including Foundation Training (courses 1&2) and Advanced Training (courses 3&4), or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment.
