Nido Early School Donvale is seeking an Educator who is an expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

As an Educator in our nest, you will receive dedicated support from the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children and creates an environment where you will flourish.
  
The Role: 
  • Full time and part-time positions available
  • Open to Certificate 3 or Diploma Educators
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
  • Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
About the Service: 
  • 150-place early learning service
  • Conveniently located near local bus stops for an easy commute
  • Caters for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
  • Operating hours: 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Uses the Storypark platform to enhance communication with families and support active participation in each child’s learning journey

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma / Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
