Our Greenwood service opened in 2020 and includes 82 places for children aged six weeks to school age. It is known for its:
- Unique design with our piazza and kitchen at the heart of the service
- Open Yard with the design wrapping around the service with a beautiful park outlook
- Close to other Nido services providing an opportunity to create fabulous community connections together
The Role: Centre Director
As Centre Director (Executive Service Manager), you will:
- Lead the service with a clear vision aligned to Nido’s philosophy
- Mentor and inspire your team to achieve excellence
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting and resources
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community
- Lead by example in demonstrating consistency, respect, intentionality, collaboration and speaking up.
You’re someone who leads with empathy and clarity. You’ve got the qualifications and experience in childcare, but more than that, you bring a collaborative spirit and a genuine love for early learning. PLUS
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS requirements
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- A collaborative spirit and growth mindset
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
