Our beautiful Piara Waters service is looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team for 4 days a week. You will be supporting the 1-2 year old's room on a rotating roster. At Nido, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • Stunning 92 place service close to coffee shops and supermarket
  • Service opened in January 2024 with exceptional resources
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas, as well as one piazza and a unique atelier
  • Opening hours of the service are 6:30am-6:30pm
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards (essential)
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • In-depth experience working in a childcare service 
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
  • Have strong communication and time-management skills 
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
