Ready to inspire young minds? Our beautiful Nido Wembley service is looking for a vibrant and dedicated Lead Educator to join our growing team! This is a 9 month maternity leave contract. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. 
 
ABOUT THE SERVICE: 
  • Stunning double story 63 place service close to the bus stop for easy commute to work
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 4 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
  • Short drive to the Herdsman market for convenient lunch breaks
  • Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

ABOUT YOU: 
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or working towards)
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs 
  • In-depth experience working in a childcare service  
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests 
  • Have strong communication and time-management skills  
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
