About the Role
We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday. In this role you will:
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning
- Develop, implement, and evaluate daily routines and educational programs
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual journey
About You
You will bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Educator in a childcare setting
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
