Nido Early School Secret Harbour is seeking an Family Advocate who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

- Previous front administration experience is essential
- Working closely with the Curriculum Leader and Centre Director to deliver outstanding service
- Be confident in communicating with families face to face and over the phone
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
