Our beautiful service in Trafalgar is looking for a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. 
 
At Nido Trafalgar, we embed the Phoenix Cups Framework to support children's regulation, connection and wellbeing. Our Educators use trauma-informed practices every day, creating calm, predictable environments where all children feel safe and heard.

ABOUT THE SERVICE: 
  • 92 place single story service in a great community 
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation. 
  • Opening hours are 6:30am-6:30pm 
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 7 rooms and 5 stunning outdoor play areas 
  • On site parking available for staff  
  • Close to bus stops and trains for easy commutes
  • Roles available in Toddler and Kinder rooms

ABOUT YOU: 
  • Hold a Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education and Care  
  • Strong passion for supporting children with additional rights 
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs 
  • 2+ years experience working within a long daycare setting 
  • Have strong communication and time-management skills  
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
