Our beautiful 102 place Nido Ocean Grove service is looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As an Educator in our nest, you will receive dedicated support from the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children and creates an environment where you will flourish.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza for the children to eat
- Close to local public transport links for easy commute to work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

- Hold Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards Diploma (essential for this role)
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- In-depth experience working in a childcare service is required
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
