Nido Early School Chadstone is seeking a Family Advocate who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous front desk administration experience required
Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone
Strong communication and time-management skills
Experience in childcare highly regarded
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable

Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment of Centre Directors and Educators to join the expanding Nido family.

With so many open roles in the sector at the moment, I think we should be talking about the differences that really sets Nido apart. From my own experience, they are not always obvious from the outside, but when you get to meet the Nido family you really feel it.

Leaving my previous employer, who I was with for over 10 years, was not an easy decision. I had interviews with a few different companies, before finding my home at Nido.
