The Role:  
  • Part time position
  • Working in our Toddler room, children aged 1 – 2 yrs
  • Open to  Diploma Educators
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
  • Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
  
About the Service: 
  • Based in the suburb of Para Hills
  • Weekly excursions 
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old 
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
  • Stunning single story 82 place service within walking distance to cafe’s local shops
  • Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
  • Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
