Our beautiful Nido Early School Franklin seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our purpose-built 109 place service in this 8 month maternity cover role.

About the Service:

• Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 7 rooms and 2 beautiful outdoor play areas
• Incredible in-service support from a Service Administrator, Curriculum Leader and Area Manager
• Close to local transport links for easy commute to and from work
• Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
• Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

About You:

• Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar leadership position
• A Valid Working with Children Check 
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
• Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
• You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal
