The Role: 

• Part-time position — must be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Full-time position - working Monday-Friday
• Working in our Toddler Room, children aged 1 – 2 yrs
• Open to Diploma-qualified Educators or those working towards their Diploma
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
• Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

About You: 

• Hold a Diploma or equivalent (Essential)
• Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1+ years
• A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
• Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
