The Role:
- Full-time position - part-time may be negotiable for the right candidate (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
- Working between the baby and toddler rooms.
- Open to Certificate 3 qualified
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
- Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

About You:
- Hold a Cert 3 in Early Childhood
- Knowledge of keyword signing, or Auslan
- Must be available to work 5 days a week or start part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1 year
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
