As an Educator in our nest, you will receive dedicated support from the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. The Role: 

• Full-time position - part-time may be negotiable for the right candidate (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
• Working between the baby and toddler rooms.
• Open to Certificate 3 qualified
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
• Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

About You: 

• Hold a Cert 3 in Early Childhood 
• Knowledge of keyword signing, or Auslan
• Must be available to work 5 days a week or start part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future
• Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1 year
• A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
• Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
