This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
- 92 place service with 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- Short drive from the train station and bus stop close to the service for easy commute to work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

- Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Be confident in completing centre tours with potential new families
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
