Our beautiful Carlisle service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

- Stunning service 78 place close to the local coffee shop
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a Piazza
- Walking distance to the bus stop and also close to Carlisle train station for easy commute to work
- Long standing team with excellent leadership support
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

- In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
- Strong communication and time-management skills

- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
