Our beautiful 72-place service in Seven Hills is looking for a passionate Curriculum Leader to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.  

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 4 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
  • Very close to local coffee shops for lunchtime breaks
  • The service sits close to a train station for easy commute to and from work
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
  • This role sits within the service leadership team with full support from the Centre Director and Service Administrator

ABOUT YOU:
  • Must hold Bachelor in Early Childhood Education + Teacher Accreditation
  • Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or a educational leader role within child care
  • Be willing to support and guide the team
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain 
  • Available to open and close when required 
  • Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach  
  • Be an excellent communicator  
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
