Nido Early School Glenroy is seeking a part-time administrator to start in June 2025. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

This is a 12 month maternity cover contract position

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous front desk administration experience required
  • Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone 
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Experience in childcare highly regarded
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
