- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards Diploma (essential for this role)
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- In-depth experience working in a childcare service
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Essential)
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain (Essential)
