Your role will be to inspire pedagogical practices and curriculum development through cohesive leadership within our Truganina service.

You will create developmentally appropriate programs based around children’s interest and build on their and your own knowledge. With the support of your amazing team members, you will establish beautiful environments with kinder aged children so they are comfortable and confident learners.

ROLE:

Leading our 3 yr old Kinder room which accommodates 26 children
2 hours off the floor planning per week
Successful candidate must have minimum of 1 years experience as an ECT
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor in Early Education + VIT Registration
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Experience in working as a Teacher ideally within a childcare setting

Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment of Centre Directors and Educators to join the expanding Nido family.

With so many open roles in the sector at the moment, I think we should be talking about the differences that really sets Nido apart. From my own experience, they are not always obvious from the outside, but when you get to meet the Nido family you really feel it.

Leaving my previous employer, who I was with for over 10 years, was not an easy decision. I had interviews with a few different companies, before finding my home at Nido.

I remember walking out of that initial interview, literally with tears in my eyes, I knew I had finally found what I had been looking for.
