Our beautiful new Clyde North service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
  
As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. 
  

About the Service:
  • New, purpose-built 102 place service
  • Based in a shopping village, allocated parking onsite
  • The two storey service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 7 rooms and 4 stunning outdoor play areas
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential) 
  • In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
  • Strong communication and time-management skills 
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
