As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.
  
The Role:
  • Full-time position,  Monday to Friday
  • Must have a Diploma in ECEC and experience in a similar role
  • 2 to 3 assistants within the room and regular support on floors from our Curriculum Leader
  • Leading our 12 months - 2 years old room (approx 12 to 16 children per day)
  • As soon as possible start

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards 
  • Experience in working as a Lead Educator 
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
