The Role:
- Full-time position, Rotational roster, Monday to Friday
- Supporting the team covering breaks
- Cert III Educators
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
- Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
- Based in the suburb of Avondale Heights
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old
- Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks
- The service sits close to public transport
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
- Stunning 102 place service within walking distance to coles and mcdonalds
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday

- Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Must be available to work 5 days a week
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
