Nido Early School Hammond Park is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

- 76 place service
- The role will be working in our 2.5 - 3yr room
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- Gorgeous service opened less than 4 years
- 5 minute drive to local train station
- Staff room on site which has a choice of indoor or outdoor seating
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

- Hold a Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent
- Experience in working as a Teacher ideally within a childcare setting
- Current WA teachers registration
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
