Our beautiful 112 place Scarborough service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

• 112 place triple story service, walking distance to the beach
• Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a unique atelier.
• Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career
• Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
• Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor (essential)
• Proven leadership skills, mentoring educators to achieve excellence in curriculum and documentation Framework and National Quality Standards
• The ability to ensure every room in the centre is a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for children and families
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain 
• Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
