Your Role as a Lead Educator;

Take the reins in developing and leading the curriculum, fostering children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity.
  • Collaborate with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership Team to deliver outstanding educational practices.
  • Encourage a thriving, joyful environment where both children and educators feel inspired to grow and succeed.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
