The Role:
Nido is home to over 3000 passionate team members and as our People Operations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all queries directed to the People team. Based in our Sydney Support Office, you will be working closely with our People Director and HR Business Partners in a variety of activities which support our operational goals, enhance our culture and positively impact on our overall employee experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing the HR Inbox
- Assist with 1st level employee enquiries such as Policy, Award and pay and classification questions
- Ad Hoc contracts for new hires
- Assisting HR Business Partners with employee and manager questions
- Co-ordinating the updates to HR policies and procedures
- People reporting – Monthly and quarterly reports, exit and onboarding reporting and other ad hoc requests as required
- Manage HR Systems
- Assist with HR projects as required

- Valid Right to Work in Australia
- Degree in a related field would be desirable
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Award interpretation and managing employee and manager questions
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suites and confident in reporting
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, combined with the ability to communicate concisely
- Stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident and can demonstrate using initiative
