Nido Early School Duncraig is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

  
ABOUT THE SERVICE:

• Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 2 beautiful outdoor play areas
• Incredible in-service support from a full time Curriculum Leader and Executive Service Manager
• Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
• Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year + previous front administration experience is essential for this role 
• Strong time management skills 
• Happy to be to communicate over the phone and face to face with the families and the wider community 
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
