As a Room Leader in our Nest, you will:
  • Design, lead, and enhance a curriculum that inspires children to develop a strong sense of identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to ensure outstanding educational outcomes.

Skills & Experience
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
