Nido Early School Mount Hawthorn is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • Stunning single story 78 place service within walking distance to cafe’s local shops
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas, as well as one piazza and a unique atelier
  • Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous front desk administration experience 
  • Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone 
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
