Nido Early School at Beeliar Village is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our exceeding purpose-built, 62 place service with 3 rooms and 2 outdoor play areas. The Reggio Emilia inspired play spaces across one level, setting children’s imagination alight through engagement and discovery's lives every day while nurturing your own growth and leadership journey.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
  • In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
  • You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
