About the role:
You will support the team, families and children to settle in to our architecturally designed and purpose built Nido Services, embedding quality education, care and practices. You will be instrumental in providing Australian families the very best start to their experiences in early education.
Duties include:
- Supporting a cluster of around 6-8 services in the Northern suburbs
- Report on financial, operational, quality, and compliance KPIs to the Operations Team
- Lead a team of 6-8 direct reports and indirectly influence up to 300
- Provide unwavering support to Service Managers and Educators throughout Assessment & Rating processes
- Embed essential operating processes for streamlined efficiency
- Ensure comprehensive compliance reporting and proactive prevention strategies
- Work alongside our Centre Directors and their teams to uphold Nido’s commitment and values
- Hold a bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential)
- Have a minimum of 3 year’s experience as an Area Manager in Early Education as well as centre director experience
- Be passionate and dedicated to lead dynamic team dedicated to the Reggio Emilia approach
- Possess extensive knowledge of long day care operations, including EYLF, National Quality Standard, assessment and rating procedures, budgeting, recruitment, marketing, and customer service
- Be confident in leading and supporting our brand new services across Perth
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- A resilient self-starter, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change with a forward-thinking mindset
- Strong time management skills both written and verbal
- Hold a valid WWCC
- Hold a driving license in WA
