Our beautiful Ellenbrook service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish. 

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • Exceptional 87 place service
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
  • Opened for less than 4 years, offering remarkable resources, long standing team and well-established service 
  • Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation

ABOUT YOU:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential) 
  • In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
  • Strong communication and time-management skills 
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
