In the role of Curriculum Leader at Nido Ellenbrook, you’ll be more than just a team member – you'll be a cherished mentor, coach and important part of the service Leadership triangle. You will lead the development of quality educational programs, creating a vibrant community of inspired learners and building the capacity of our Teachers to ensure we provide exceptional education to all children. Your role will also involve consistent coaching and mentoring to uplift and empower the entire team and create an environment where everyone feels happy, fulfilled and successful in their roles.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  
  • Experience as an Educational Leader highly regarded 
  • Diploma or Bachelor / Masters in Early Childhood Education 
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain  
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
