- Retention bonus of $2500 will be provided after completing 6 months of service, followed by an additional $2500 after completing 12 months of service. Terms and conditions are applicable.

- Experience in managing a service
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in early education - Essential
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
