As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team and this collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) 
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain  
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
