Meet our Centre Manager at Somerton Park Early School

Welcome to Nido Somerton Park Childcare Centre! I’m Leigh Arbon, and I feel truly proud to lead our dedicated team of educators and early childhood teachers. Our goal is to create a safe, calm and inspiring space where families feel supported from their first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Whether you’re seeking long day care, a preschool or kindergarten program in Somerton Park, our team is here to guide your family through every step with warmth, transparency and care.

How we guide learning and growth at Nido Somerton Park

At our Nido Somerton Park Childcare Centre, we believe every child is capable, curious and full of potential. Our programs are guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and follow Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS). These help us instil education and care that is purposeful, personalised and of high quality.

Our Nido Somerton Park childcare team includes a Curriculum Leader who works closely with educators and our national education team to support high-quality practice. We designed our kindergarten program, toddler and nursery rooms and preschool learning spaces to encourage independence, emotional development and a lifelong love of learning.
