At Nido Chadstone, we create a warm and welcoming environment where children and families feel supported and connected. Our team works together to build strong relationships, fostering a sense of belonging and providing high-quality education and care.
Our leadership team consists of Brooke, our Executive Service Manager, Yafen, our Curriculum Leader and Cory, our Family Advocate. Supported by experienced Kindergarten Teachers and educators with a diverse range of qualifications and expertise, our team is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.

- Engaging learning programs are child-led, inspired by the Reggio-Emilia philosophy and facilitated by a dedicated Curriculum Leader.
- Our teams are made up of passionate, sector leading degree qualified teachers, with all Educators diploma-qualified or holding a Cert III.
- Our unique curriculum is co-designed with families, experts and educators and builds upon the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to balance literacy, numeracy, creativity, health and confidence.
- Our STEM program allows children to engage in hands-on, play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

- Our Kindergarten children participate in a monthly buddy program with Holy Redeemer Primary School, supporting school readiness.
- Regular excursions to Bayview Park provide opportunities for children across all age group to explore and connect with their local environment.
- Annual excursions and incursions include visits to Oakleigh Fire Station, the Moorabbin Air Museum, and educational programs on dental health, dog safety, water safety, first aid and personal wellbeing.
- Musical Minds and Little Sport Heroes experiences to further enrich children’s learning experiences.
- Monthly Indigenous cultural experiences and incursions provide opportunities for our Kindergarten children to develop an appreciation and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

What does it mean for your family enrolling in 2026?From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government is updating the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to guarantee at least 3 days of subsidised early childhood education and care per week. This means that all CCS-eligible families will receive at least 72 hours per fortnight (3 days/week) of subsidised childcare regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status. As a government approved childcare provider, eligible families can receive Child Care Subsidy (CCS) support. From January 2026, this guarantees 3 days of subsidised care.
