Settle In Promotion
Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Settle In’ promotion (“Promotion”) run by Nido Education Limited (or any of its subsidiaries or related bodies corporate) (‘Nido’) and apply in addition to the terms of any applicable enrolment form.

This promotion commences at 7:00am (ACST) on Monday, 1 June 2026 and ends at 5:00pm (ACST) on Thursday, 31 December 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), unless otherwise extended or ended earlier in Nido’s sole discretion.

This promotion is available at all Nido Early School services located in Australia (‘Participating Services’).

This promotion is available to new enrolments only. To be eligible for the Promotion, an enrolment must:

  1. Be completed at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period; and
  2. Commence attendance at the Participating Service within fourteen (14) days of enrolment,
    (‘Eligible Enrolment(s)’)

Eligible Enrolments may receive:

  1. Flexible orientation, attendance days and/or hours during the first two (2) weeks of care. To support this flexibility, the Participating Service may, at its discretion, allocate up to four (4) free days of care at the discretion of the Executive Service Manager;
  2. no notice period for cancellation of care if the family elects to cease enrolment thirty (30) days of the child’s commencement date at the Participating Service.

Any allocation, structure, scheduling of any free days under this Promotion is determined by the Participating Service in its sole discretion, may vary between families based on settling-in arrangements, and are subject to availability.

Families are responsible for ensuring they remain eligible for any Child Care Subsidy (‘CCS’) entitlements. If a child does not attend their first ‘charged’ session of care following any free Promotion Period, CCS may not apply to subsequent absences in accordance with applicable Government requirements, and full fee may become payable for those absences.

The Promotion:

  1. is subject to availability of places at the Participating Service;
  2. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, or fee waiver, including any ‘2 Weeks Free’ campaign, unless otherwise approved by Nido in writing;
  3. is not available to any employees of Nido or their immediate family members;
  4. is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

Nido reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or withdraw any enrolment that it deems to be fraudulent, incomplete, misleading or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.

Nido reserves the right to amend, suspend and/or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nido is not responsible for any technical issues, loss, damage or delay arising directly or indirectly in connection with, or in any way related to participation in this Promotion.
