Terms and Conditions May 2026

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘2 Weeks Free’ promotion run by Nido Education Limited (or any of its subsidiaries or related bodies corporate) (‘Nido’) and apply in addition to the terms of any applicable enrolment form.

This promotion commences at 7:00am (ACST) on Friday, 1 May 2026 and ends at 6:30pm (ACST) on Thursday, 11 June 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), unless otherwise extended or ended earlier in Nido’s discretion.

This promotion is available only at the following Nido Early Schools (‘Participating Services’):

    This promotion is offered to new enrolments only. To be eligible, an enrolment must:

    1. Be completed at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period; and
    2. Commence attendance at the Participating Service on or before Thursday,11 June 2026;
      (‘Eligible Enrolment(s)’)

    Two (2) weeks of free care will be automatically applied from the Eligible Enrolment’s first day of attendance at the Participating Service.

    The Eligible Enrolment must attend at least the first ‘charged’ session of care following the Promotion Period, otherwise Child Care Subsidy (‘CCS’) entitlements for any consecutive absences from that date forward may be deemed ineligible and the Eligible Enrolment will be charged full fee rates for these absences.

    The promotion enrolment days are subject to availability at the Service and offered in the Executive Service Manager’s sole discretion.

    Nido reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any enrolment it deems to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.

    The promotion:

    1. is subject to availability of care at the Participating Service.
    2. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
    3. is not available to any staff members or employees of Nido.

    Nido reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend and/or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice in its sole discretion.

    Nido accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, loss, damage or delay that may arise in connection with, or in any way related to participation in this promotion.
