Terms and Conditions – $10 per Day Campaign
This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.
This promotion commences on Monday, 7 July 2025 and ends at 6:30pm on Friday, 26 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
This promotion is available only at select Nido Early Schools listed in the Participating Services section below (“Participating Services”).
This promotion is offered to:
- a. New families, whose child/ren have not previously attended a Nido service (“New Family/ies”) and who enrol at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period; and
- b. Existing or waitlisted families, who have already confirmed enrolled days at a Participating Service (“Current Family/ies”) and who enrol in additional days during the Promotion Period.
Eligible New Families will receive Nido early education at approximately $10 per day out-of-pocket, after applying the Child Care Subsidy (“CCS”). Actual out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on CCS level, withholdings, enrolled days, and any applicable surcharge(s).
Eligible Current Families will receive Nido early education at approximately $10 per day out-of-pocket for additional permanent days of care enrolled in during the Promotion Period. This may affect fees for existing enrolments if transitioning from part-time to full-time care. Families are advised to consult with their Participating Service’s Executive Service Manager for a personalised fee estimate.
The discounted rate is based on each Current Family’s CCS entitlement as at the start of the Promotion Period, and will not be adjusted if the Current Family has a CCS entitlement change during the Promotion Period.
All bookings and enrolments are subject to each Current Family’s CCS hours and must not exceed their CCS entitlement.
The discounted rate will apply for a maximum period of up to:
- a. Six (6) consecutive weeks for Participating Services in Banksia Grove WA, Hocking WA, and Kensington Park SA; or
- b. Eight (8) consecutive weeks for all other Participating Services;
during the Promotion Period
This promotion (including the discounted rate) will cease at 6:30pm on Friday, 26 September 2025, regardless of a child’s commencement date.
For New Families, the child’s first day of attendance must be on or before Friday, 26 September 2025.
This promotion applies only to available enrolment days offered on a first-in, first served basis and is strictly at the sole discretion of each Participating Service’s Executive Manager.
This promotion applies only to children aged six (6) weeks to school age (which will be assessed at the sole discretion of each Participating Service’s Executive Manager).
A CCS assessment must be finalised prior to the child’s commencement at the Participating Service.
A CCS enrolment must be confirmed in MyGov prior to the child’s commencement at the Participating Service.
The promotion is not valid with any other offer or promotion.
The promotion is not available to any staff members or employees of any Nido Early School service.
Nido Education Limited (or any of its subsidiaries or related bodies corporate) reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
