Our beautiful Nido Early School Baldivis East seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our purpose-built 82 place service with wonderful families, children, and educators.
  • This service caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas, a piazza and a atelier 
  • Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
  • 5 minute drive to the local shopping centre
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
  • Long standing team with excellent community connections 
  • Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday 
This role is a maternity leave contract for 12 months, with a chance of being extended or going permanent.

About You 
  • Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position
  • A Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Police check within the last 3 months or willing to obtain 
  • In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
  • You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
