The Reggio Emilia inspired play spaces across one level, setting children’s imagination alight through engagement and discovery's lives every day while nurturing your own growth and leadership journey.

About You

• Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position
• Must be available to work 5 days a week
• A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
• Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
• You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal
