 Our beautiful Mandogalup service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

The Role and service:
  • Based in Mandogalup 10 minutes from Cockburn
  • Regular scheduled incursions including with Jilbup Primary school, Mandogalup fire department, Kwinana Library, and Grasshoppers Soccer. 
  • Walking distance to the local coffee shop
  • 82 place service with exceptional resources for children
  • Full-time position, 6.30am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday - varied hours 
  • Must have a Diploma in ECEC and 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Max of 8 babies in nursery at this service!

About You: 
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential)
  • Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1 year
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
