The role: Lead Educator
  • Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
  • Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
  • Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
  
What you’ll bring
A passionate love of learning and…
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards or Bachelor of Early Childhood
  • In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
  • Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
  • Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
  • Experience in leading a room or team
  • Current WWCC and First Aid.
  • Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment
