- We are situated in brand new Florence Estate surrounded by bushland and walking distance to several parks and cafes.
- We have an ECT qualified ESM and CL to support future studies and learning
- This role ensures compliance with the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation whist fostering strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- The service is brand new from April 2025 and it includes an outdoor Atelier for connecting through nature and land opportunities.
- Play based Kindergarten programme that supports childrens learning, wellbeing and successful transition to school.
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
What you’ll bring
A passionate love of learning and…
- Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
- Experience in leading a room or team
- Current WWCC and First Aid.
